Grain Prep

The Auto Delivery System Controller receives continuous input from:

  • The mass flow sensor
  • The moisture sensor
  • The water flow meter

Based on preset target moisture level, it computes the appropriate Grain Prep solution application rate. It controls the application rate by sending output to:

  • The proportional flow control valve
  • The Grain Prep metering pump

The controller creates a record detailing total mass flow, average moisture content, and volume of added moisture.
